This website is a static informational site. We do not actively set cookies and do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral analytics. Fonts and motion scripts are served as same-origin static assets. We currently do not use Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics, advertising, remarketing, or online customer-service tracking plugins.

Sharing

We may share necessary information within Domex-E sales, engineering, service, and project management teams to advance your inquiry, project assessment, quotation, contract performance, or after-sales service.

Entrusted processing

We may entrust website hosting, email, IT operations, customer management, and similar service providers to process necessary information, and require them to follow our instructions, confidentiality obligations, and security requirements without using the information beyond the authorized purpose.

The current website static-asset hosting provider includes Alibaba Cloud OSS (Hangzhou region). If we later enable third-party form delivery, analytics, or customer-service tools, we will complete the necessary assessment before launch and update this policy as appropriate.

Public disclosure

We generally do not publicly disclose your personal information. We will do so only with your separate consent, where required by laws, courts, administrative authorities, or regulators, or where necessary to protect the legitimate rights of us, our customers, or the public.

6. Retention Period

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, as follows (where laws require longer retention for disputes, audits, contracts, or warranty obligations, those requirements apply):

• Inquiry and message data without an established business relationship: retained for up to 2 years from submission for business follow-up and market analysis, then deleted or anonymized.
• Customer information under contract, order, or after-sales relationship: retained during the relationship and for at least 5 years after termination or completion of the last after-sales service, to meet warranty, dispute, financial, and tax compliance requirements.
• Website access logs and similar technical records: generally retained for no more than 1 year for security auditing and troubleshooting.

7. Information Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including access controls, data backup, encryption where applicable, and internal policies. Internet transmission and electronic storage are not absolutely secure; upon discovering a personal information security incident, we will notify and remediate as required by law.

8. Domestic Storage and Cross-Border Transfer

Website static assets (pages, styles, scripts, fonts, and motion runtimes) are hosted on domestic cloud storage (Alibaba Cloud OSS, Hangzhou region). We principally collect and store personal information you submit via this website within the People's Republic of China and do not actively transfer such information overseas.

If future business needs require cross-border provision of personal information (for example an overseas form delivery or analytics service, or sharing project information with overseas partners), we will do so within necessary scope in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC and applicable regulations, and will update this policy accordingly.

9. Your Personal Information Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may contact us to access, correct, supplement, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, cancel records, or request explanation of processing rules. After verifying your identity, we will respond within a reasonable period (generally no more than 15 business days) or explain why we cannot comply.

Note: if information you request deleted is required for contract performance, warranty service, or legal archiving, we may not be able to delete it immediately but will restrict its use to necessary purposes.

10. Minors' Information

This website serves industrial customers, partners, and professional visitors—not primarily minors—and we do not actively collect minors' personal information. If you are a minor, use this website with guardian consent and guidance; if we discover we have collected minors' information unknowingly, we will delete it promptly.
